All accepted submissions must have at least one paid registration. The registration deadline for long/short paper authors is April 5th 2015. Papers which are not registered by the author registration deadline will be removed from the proceedings of the conference. Registration deadline for all other submission forms (posters, GLA, student and doctoral thesis presentations) is April 15th, 2015. For special circumstances a requests must be made in writing by email and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To register for the conference, you need to fill in the registration form hosted on the Webshop of the University of Zadar. After submitting the registration form you will be offered a secure payment site which allows you to to pay via credit-card or to make a bank/wire transfer (pro-forma invoice).
Choosing to pay by credit card leads the user to a secure credit card payment portal held by T-com PayWay. Payment by credit card must be made in Croatian Kuna, as per Croatian Law. Your credit card company will convert the paid amount into Croatian Kuna at the time of payment, per the daily exchange rate, and process payment. The transaction on your credit card statement will be shown in detail, in your local currency.

University of Zadar Webshop uses T-Com PayWay system to authorize and conduct payment. Safety of your personal data during communication between your computer and T-Com PayWay system is fully secured using encryption and safety protocols. Refund request should be made to email@example.com. Cancellations will be subject to a 50 EUR cancellation fee before May 1st, 2015. NO REFUNDS will be made after May 1st, 2015. Cancellations must be made in writing by email and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Author registration is non-refundable. Registration fees can be transferred to another co-author under special circumstances. All transfer requests must be made in writing by email and sent to email@example.com.
Author No Shows
ISI enforces a strict “no show” policy. ISI 2015 requires that each accepted submission be presented by one of the authors in-person at the conference site according to the schedule published. Any paper accepted into the program, but not presented on-site will be withdrawn from the official program and (online) proceedings.
