Eike Kleiner Eike Kleiner graduated with a diploma in Library and Media Management at the Stuttgart Media University. After some years of professional experience in a library and a library and IT service center he complemented his studies with a master’s degree in computer science at the University of Konstanz. Currently he is employed as application developer for scientific library systems at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. His main interests are located at the contact points between scientific libraries and their IT services: User experience and interaction design of library systems, open access repositories and more.
