Rasa Januševičienė Rasa Januševičienė is a Lecturer at Faculty of Communication, Vilnius University, Lithuania. Her research is focused on library services to the visually impaired. Rasa is also a Director of the Lithuanian Library for the Blind. In 2011 she was awarded a title of the best library director of the year.
